Add a device

Add a device

1. Open Assets and select Add equipment.
2. Enter the device identifiers: asset code, serial number, manufacturer, and model.
3. Choose the department and location where the device is used.
4. Set the device category and criticality level.
5. Save: the device appears immediately in the registry and in QR access.

Editing an existing device

Open the device's passport from the registry, then use the edit action. Location, status, and ownership changes are recorded in the device's history with who made the change.
