This page explains, in plain language, how Biomedup handles information on this website. It covers the current public site and the demo-request form; the full legal privacy notice will accompany the commercial launch.
The practices below reflect our drafted data policy, which is being finalized before launch.
What we collect
When you submit a demo request, we collect only the details you provide in the form: your name, business email, and organization name (and, if you choose, your phone number and a short message), together with your language preference and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your demo request. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists, or share them with advertising tools. This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time via hello@biomedup.com.
Where it is stored
Your submission is stored in Biomedup's own systems, protected by access controls that keep it separate from customer operational data, and it is not delivered to external CRM or marketing systems.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy or deletion of your demo request at any time by emailing hello@biomedup.com.
AI that keeps your data yours
We care about your data, and we designed Biomedup so you never have to choose between smart assistance and privacy. With your choice, our assistant runs inside your own browser using our innovative on-device technology: your records are prepared for search, and your questions are answered, without that text ever being sent to any third-party AI service. You stay in control: you decide when it is enabled, and you can remove everything it stores at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
